How to Register

Registration is done by adult troop leaders, not individual families. One leader registers the whole group for one of our two weekends — Trail Life USA or American Heritage Girls. Here is the entire process from start to paid.

Step 1 — RSVP (right away)

Fill out the short RSVP form: your contact info, troop number (e.g., TL-0125 or AHG-0125), which weekend, how many patrols you anticipate, and whether you can adopt extra youth from small troops. Submitting early matters — capacity is limited and we confirm availability in order of response.

Step 2 — Wait for confirmation, then gather paperwork

We reply by email to confirm space and send your private registration link. While you wait, collect for every attendee:

  • Full name (youth and adults)
  • Email address per adult; family email is fine for youth
  • Cell numbers for anyone carrying a phone during the event
  • Adults: a PDF image of each registered adult’s member ID card
  • Everyone: signed permission slips (yes, adults too)
  • Troop Trip Overview (PDF) sent before the deadline

Step 3 — Register your roster (link arrives by email)

Add each member through your registration link before the deadline on your event page. Deadlines matter: late paperwork has left troops at the gate in past years, and anyone without proof of current Trail Life / AHG registration will not be allowed through the gate — including parents dropping off youth.

Step 4 — Pay

Youth are $25 each, adults $20. Send a check to the address provided at registration, or request an invoice to pay by card. Registration is complete only when payment and paperwork are both in.

Step 5 — Show up ready

  • Friday arrival window is 5:00–9:00 PM; check in, set camp.
  • Adults: check in at the Volunteer Tent ASAP for assignments (pick your role now).
  • Patrols: complete your orders packet at the Command Tent before the ~10:00 PM briefing.
  • Review patrol requirements and stations with your patrol beforehand.

Cost covers the campground, supplies, patches/ribbons, and porta-johns. Food and tents are your own responsibility. Full details in the FAQs.
